There are a number of ways that you can make a booking with us. You can call us on (07805) 975161, email us at roy@jollytown.co.uk, or complete the form on the contact us page. Please note that currently we only accept bookings for weekends and bank holidays.
Payment can be made by cash on the morning of hire. Cheques are also accepted but we do require cheques to be sent to us a minimum of 7 days prior to your booking. Credit and debit cards are not accepted at this time.
No, we do not require a deposit to secure your booking.
Set up usually takes around 20 minutes.
We aim to deliver and set up between the hours of 8am and 11am. We will return to collect between 6pm and 9pm. Specific times may be possible.
We understand that the unforseen can sometimes happen. We do not charge for cancellations but please do try to give us as much notice as you can.
As a minimum, you will need 4 feet to the front and rear and 2 feet either side of the inflatable.
Delivery is free within 7 miles of Ossett. Deliveries outside of this area may incur an additional charge to cover extra fuel costs.
The simple answer is as soon as possible. Bouncy Castles are extremely popular so you need to book early to avoid disappointment.

Provided the area in question is free from sharp objects it is fine to do so.
All our castles have a height restriction of 1.3 metres (approx 51").
